Flyzolo Team Update - Day 124
On her flight ✈️ from Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, to Jakarta, Zara had to divert because of weather 🌧🛬 and landed in Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Airport, #Indonesia.

What a surprise all around! Zara was warmly welcomed but there was an issue 🤔😬: Bandara is not an official "Airport of Entry" for Indonesia ... What does that mean? Well, when entering a country by air, there are only a limited amount of airports you can land at to fulfil the legal paperwork. Bandara is not one of them. Add covid-permits into the mix and it all gets very complicated...😬😅✈️🦈

Solving those issues in the short term was never going to be a doddle... So, Zara had to spend an impromptu night "airside" at the airport. No hotel bed to be had! Who said that international private air travel wasn't glamorous ? 😂😅🤩

It has to be said: everyone involved tried their hardest to make her stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible with practical help, advise, food, drinks, an air conditioned room, a rolly bed,... Thank you so, so much for treating Zara so well, in complicated circumstances! 🙏

In a few hours, and weather permitting, the next flight to Jakarta: her second antipodal!
