Talking about flying...Did you know, it is the very first time since Zara left on the 18th of August in Wevelgem, #Belgium, that she could just make her way back home overland - by train. How? The famous Trans-Siberian Railway! 🚉
Would it be fast? Heu, no. It would take a non-stop journey of about 6-7 days to #Moscow. Then from there another day and 15h to Paris and finely another hour or two to Belgium. So around 10 days, of non-stop travel. ⏰ 📅 😅😂
Would it be comfortable? 🤔 It would depend on the class of ticket she would chose, 1st, 2nd or 3rd class 🛏. Whatever class the toilet and sink are common, no shower... 🚿🚽🧻 She would probably have to take the "Rossiya" leaving every 2 days, on even days, from #Vladivostok, going to Moscow. The train is not running in January and there are only 2 of them in February though...
What are the most recommended objects to take along according to experienced travellers?
Ear buds, eye mask, wet wipes, cuttlery, track suit, slippers, head torch 🔦, a book, food, alcohol, ... I think we get the gist 😂🤣.
Sometimes there is a restaurant on board, but not always. Snacks are sold onboard, but better to be safe than sorry.
Would it be expensive? Well judge for yourself:
To Moskow it would be:
Sleeper in 1st class : around 600 €
Sleeper in 2nd class : around 280 €
Sleeper in 3rd class : around 170 €
About another 500 € to Paris and another 80 EUR to Belgium. That is around 1200€ to get home, in 10 days solid travel.
Another time perhaps!!! Zara is amidst another mission 🦈💪✨. But what an adventure that would be! 💯
