Got a new copilot in Juneau, Alaska 💪

Had a beautiful flight up to Anchorage but got quite turbulent as I was heading towards the ocean out of Juneau. I was very close to turning back but decided to try one more time and head further out to sea which worked.

People have been asking me about how challenging this trip has been because I usually only post about the good things. The truth is that it’s been a lot harder than I thought it would be. I’ve had 39 flights and maybe 3 of them have gone with no hiccups. Either the plane’s acting up a bit, or the weather’s really tricky, or it’s gotten bumpy out of nowhere, or there’s wildfires... When I get in the plane, chances are something is going to go wrong.

Still fun though.
