Team Alaska's biplane overflying the Victoria Falls and the absolutely stunning Victoria Falls hotel, a definite highlight of the #VintageAirRally!

A weekly flying boat service between Southampton and Johannesburg was set up in 1948. The Solents (G-AHIN) landed and were serviced on a beach of the Zambezi river above the Victoria Falls permitting an overnight at the hotel. The stop was affectionately know to all as the "Jungle Junction". Thank you Victoria Falls Hotel for an unforgettably glamorous stay!
