Can anyone help? We're doing a piece on the oft-overlooked aviation aspect of "Operation Dynamo" (May 27th - June 4th 1940) next week - involving veterans and flights between Dunkirk (and Calais) and Lydd. Press, TV etc.

Anyone with a biplane interested/able to help - we have a budget...

Feel free to spread the word or share this post - looking for 2-3 machines. They don't have to be correct for the operation, but they must be biplanes and from the 1940s.

This particular - and amazing - shot appears to have been taken at a Royal Aircraft Factory B.E.2 of the Australian Flying Corps lifting up into a setting sky over France. The exact date is unknown.
