FlyZolo Team Update - Day 37
Zara landed in #Ketchikan, #Alaska yesterday as she was not able to make it to Juneau due to weather. Next stop #Anchorage, then... the #BeringStrait, the arctic waterway between the #US and #Russia. "Winter is coming" and for her own safety, the sooner Zara crosses the Strait into Russia, the better.

So we, the FlyZolo Team have all our fingers and toes crossed (which admittedly is not that easy to work with), hoping that in the coming days, the Weather Gods will rule in her favour. Can we count on your support too to to get them in a good mood? What would it take you think?

Light a 🕯️? Say a 🙏? Dance naked around a 🔥? Offer a sacrificial 🎁? Burn our underwear? Shave our heads?

Meanwhile her route has also been changed and Zara will now unfortunately skip Mongolia and China, to allow a faster route South via #Japan. This way, she has a better chance to avoid not only some Covid-restrictions that unfortunately have not relaxed yet, but also snow.
