Saturday afternoon, 10h00, T2 switches off water to building, opens sewer pipe (making a bathroom). When told at 1100 that the sewer pipe is still in use (used by T1) and that they're present - goes to them. T2 asks T1 to not use toilet. He also claims told T1 not to use taps (T2 denies ever being told about taps). T2 puts sign to not use toilet (which is respected), but nothing about taps.
14h a child with T1 opens tap (no water), leaves tap open, says nothing. 1430, T1 leaves building. 1700 T2 switches water back on.
For 36 hours, the tap runs full flow, filling sink (inflow faster than drain hole) and then first and ground floors fill with water.
Monday morning, T1 enters their space and closes tap.
