The Silver Spitfire mission is finally accomplished!
Steve Brooks and Matt Jones - two British pilots, the Spitfire crew - returned to UK after flying around the world in a newly restored aircraft. "Silver Spitfire - The Longest Flight" included 27,000 miles, 100 locations in 30 countries. The historic fighter was escorted for the final part of its journey by two RAF Red Arrows jets as it approached Goodwood.
