Stuck in Magadan today but hoping to head further South very soon.

I flew 6 hours yesterday. It was mostly over ice and snow the whole way. I was pretty lucky as it was ‘only’ -20C in the air, whereas it was -35C on the ground. The Shark had never flown in temperatures this cold before so a mechanic in Nome blocked some of the air intakes to keep the engine warm (thank you Ben!) I was pretty relieved when I realised it was working 🙂
