FlyZolo Team Update - Day 39
Zara is in #Ketchikan, #Alaska and this was the Ketchikan weather cam as of 1/2 a day ago, right in the direction that Zara needs to go… Blecccccch 🤪😨😳. So she stayed put. Would you have flown in this 😜 😂😅?

Luckily five extremely experienced people are on #WeatherWatch to help Zara pick her window. One of them is David Dehenauw from the Royal Belgian Meteorological Institute who helped in many flying adventures before such as the Virgin hot air balloon adventures and the Solar Impulse flights.

And here is the good news: weather is improving and it looks like there might be a ⛅️ window today for Zara to fly to #Juneau, hopefully even #Anchorage. Yay!!! 🥳👌💪💃🕺✈️

The thing is"Winter is coming" in the #BeringStrait so the sooner Zara crosses into #Russia, the better!
